The user of the Mazad app agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here and those arising from use of the app, at any time, in any location. This agreement is evidenced by accessing and/or using the app and the services and products offered. Any access to the app, or any portion thereof, including the products and services that are available via the app, may be suspended, modified, amended, or terminated at Mazad's sole discretion. Mazad reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

The user is responsible for keeping up with any information and/or changes to the app as Mazad reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, information, and materials contained within the app at any time and without prior notice. The user is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and directives in the nation where they reside. The app user will be held accountable for any unauthorized use of the app or any illegal actions connected to the app. The user must ensure the accuracy of all information provided during registration and bidding processes.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the app does not constitute an offer to buy or a solicitation of an offer to sell any items or services to any (legal) person in any jurisdiction where such offer would be in violation of applicable local laws. Since it is the user's responsibility to adhere to applicable laws, the user agrees to keep Mazad blameless from any and all consequences, damages, and liabilities that may result from such prohibitions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and Iraqi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Access to the app and/or any of the products and services may not always be readily available in all countries or at all times, according to Mazad. Any use of the app and/or inability to use any of the products and/or services will not subject Mazad to liability for consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind. Likewise, Mazad will not be responsible to the user for any lost profits, bidding losses, damages that may result from use of the app and/or loss of use of third-party content, any inconvenience and/or delay.
